Configure penr.ai to match your workflow and brand standards.

Publishing Rules

• Auto-Publish: Enable this to bypass manual review and publish content immediately after generation. Use with caution.
• Require Approval: (Recommended) Ensures that all generated content stays in a "Draft" state until you manually approve it.
• Default Publishing Status: Choose whether new posts should default to "Draft" or "Published" on your CMS.

Content Defaults

These settings are applied to all new content generations:

• Language: Your primary target language (Dutch, English, or German)
• Tone of Voice: The default personality of your writing (Professional, Casual, or Friendly)
• Word Count: The baseline length for your articles (500-3000 words, default 1200)

AI Engine Configuration

Content Generation

• AI Model: Select which version of Claude to use:
  • Claude Sonnet 4.5 (Recommended) - Best balance of quality and speed
  • Claude Haiku 4.5 - Faster generation, ideal for high volume
  • Claude Opus 4.5 - Highest quality output

Image Generation

• Enable Images: Toggle automatic image generation on/off
• Image Provider: Select your preferred AI image generator:
  • Replicate Flux (~€0.003/image) - High quality, affordable
  • Together.ai (~€0.002/image) - Most affordable option
  • DALL-E 3 (~€0.04/image) - Premium quality
  • None - Disable image generation
• Custom Image Prompt: Define your default image prompt template. Use placeholders:
  • - Article title
  • - Focus keyword

Brand Voice

This is the most important setting for content quality. Provide a detailed description of:

• Your brand's values and personality
• Writing style preferences
• Topics or phrases to avoid
• Target audience characteristics

The brand voice is included in every content generation prompt.

Scheduling Engine

• Enable Auto-Scheduling: Allow the system to automatically schedule approved content
• Posts Per Day: Control the volume of automated publishing (1-10 posts)
• Timezone: Set your local time for accurate scheduling:
  • Europe/Amsterdam
  • Europe/London
  • Europe/Berlin

Google Integration

Connect your Google account to enable Google Search Console features:

1. Click Connect Google Account
2. Authorize penr.ai to access your Search Console data
3. Your connected accounts will be displayed with email and status

Once connected, you can link GSC properties to individual sites in the site settings.

Profile Settings

Manage your account at Profile:

Account Information

• Update your name
• Change your email address (requires verification)
• View email verification status

Password

• Change your password (requires current password)
• Minimum 8 characters

Subscription

View your current subscription status:

• Plan name and status (Active, Trial, Cancelled, etc.)
• Trial days remaining (if applicable)
• Renewal or expiration date
• Usage statistics:
  • Articles used/limit
  • Sites used/limit
  • Competitor domains used/limit
  • Competitor analyses used/limit
• Cancel subscription option
