Projects & Workspace
A project is a self-contained workspace inside your account. Everything you create lives in a project.
What a Project Contains
Each project keeps its own:
- Settings (AI model, brand voice, language, scheduling)
- Connected sites
- Keywords and competitor analyses
- Generated content
- Webhooks and integrations
Because resources are project-scoped, you can keep different clients or brands completely separate, with their own voice, sites, and content pipeline.
How Many Projects You Get
- Starter and Pro: one project.
- Agency: up to 10 projects.
Running more than one project requires the Agency plan.
Switching Projects
When you have more than one project, a project switcher appears in the sidebar. Select a project to scope the entire app (dashboard, keywords, content, sites, and so on) to that project. Anything you create while a project is active belongs to that project.
Managing Projects
Go to Settings > Projects to:
- See your projects and how many you have used against your plan limit
- Create a new project (Agency)
- Rename a project
Tips
- Use one project per client or brand so settings and brand voice never bleed across them.
- Connect a project's own sites and Google Search Console properties so performance data stays scoped correctly.
- If you manage several brands on Starter or Pro, upgrade to Agency to separate them into projects instead of mixing everything in one.
