penr.ai's Content Studio allows you to generate, refine, and optimize articles in minutes.

Content Generation

Generate from Keywords

1. Navigate to Content > Generate
2. Select a keyword from your approved list, or enter a custom keyword
3. Optionally select a target site for site-specific content settings
4. Click Generate

The AI will create:

• An SEO-optimized Title (H1) and URL slug
• A compelling Meta Title and Description
• A full article with proper header structure (H1, H2, H3)
• A relevant featured image and thumbnail

Better context: intake fields

Below the main form you'll find two optional fields that meaningfully improve article quality:

• Desired action at the end of the article — for example "request a demo" or "sign up for our newsletter". The AI weaves this subtly into the conclusion instead of a generic "click here".
• Source URLs — one URL per line (max 5, http(s) only). The AI fetches the text of these pages and uses it as research context. Not copied verbatim, but the facts, numbers, and specific terms that are actually on your own pages.

Both fields are optional but produce noticeably better articles — especially when you have product names or company specifics the AI would otherwise have to invent.

Watch real-time progress as penr.ai:

1. Prepares the generation
2. Writes the content (~25 seconds)
3. Generates images (~15 seconds)
4. Saves the final content

Import Existing Content

Already have content? Import it for optimization:

1. Navigate to Content > Import
2. Fill in the required fields:
   • Focus keyword
   • Title (H1)
   • Meta Title and Description
   • Content in Markdown format
3. Click Import

The content will be analyzed and receive an SEO quality score.

The Content Editor

Every article can be edited before publication. The editor provides:

Editor Tab

• Title (H1): Edit your main headline
• Meta Title: Optimized for search (60 character limit shown)
• Meta Description: Compelling snippet (155 character limit shown)
• URL Slug: SEO-friendly URL path
• Content: Full Markdown editor

SEO Analysis Sidebar

The sidebar displays real-time analysis:

• Quality Score: 0-100% rating (green 80+, yellow 50-80, red <50)
• Issues: Problems that need fixing
• Suggestions: Improvements to consider

Issues and suggestions are grouped by field (H1, Meta Title, Meta Description, Content).

AI Optimization

Click Fix with AI to automatically optimize your content:

1. penr.ai analyzes the current issues
2. The AI generates optimized versions
3. Review the comparison (original vs. optimized)
4. Accept or discard each change
5. Changed fields are highlighted in blue

Image Management

• View featured image (16:9) and thumbnail (square)
• Generate Images: Create new images with custom prompts
• Regenerate: Generate new images if needed
• Custom prompt modal for specific image requirements

Performance Tab

For published content with Google Search Console connected:

• Clicks: Total clicks in the last 30 days
• Impressions: Total impressions
• Average CTR: Click-through rate
• Average Position: Search ranking position
• Top Search Queries: Table showing which queries bring traffic

Quality & SEO Score

Each article receives an SEO Score (0-100). The scoring breakdown:

Content	55	Word count, keyword density (0.5-2.5%), structure, headings

Content Status Workflow

Content moves through these statuses:

1. Draft: Initial state after generation
2. Approved: Ready for publishing (requires manual approval if enabled)
3. Scheduled: Set to publish at a future date/time
4. Published: Live on your connected sites

Status Actions

• Approve: Move draft to approved
• Unapprove: Return approved content to draft
• Publish: Send to your sites (opens publishing wizard)
• Republish: Update already-published content
• Delete: Remove content (not available for published content)

Publishing Content

When your content is ready, you can publish it to one or more connected sites.

Publishing Wizard

1. Open your content and click Publish
2. Select the target sites from your connected sites list
3. Each site shows its publication status:
   • New: Content will be created as a new article
   • Will update: Content already exists on this site and will be updated
4. Click Publish to send to selected sites

Updating Published Content

penr.ai automatically links your content with articles on external platforms. This means:

• First publish: Creates a new article on the CMS
• Republish after edits: Updates the existing article (no duplicates!)

The system tracks each article's external ID, so when you edit and republish:

• Changes are pushed to the existing article
• The same URL is preserved
• No duplicate content is created

Publication Status

After publishing, results show:

• Created: A new article was created on the site
• Updated: An existing article was updated
• Direct link to view the published article

You can see when content was last published or updated per site in the publishing wizard.

Scheduling Content

penr.ai allows you to schedule content for future publication.

Manual Scheduling

1. Open your content and click Publish
2. Select Schedule instead of immediate publish
3. Pick a date (minimum: tomorrow) and time
4. Select target sites
5. Click Schedule

Your content status changes to scheduled and will be automatically published at the specified time.

Auto-Scheduling

Enable auto-scheduling in Settings to let penr.ai automatically schedule your approved content:

1. Go to Settings > Auto-Scheduling
2. Enable scheduling
3. Set posts per day (1-10)
4. Set your timezone

When you approve content, it will automatically be scheduled at the next available slot.

Viewing Scheduled Content

Filter your content list by "Scheduled" status to see:

• Status badge: Scheduled
• Scheduled publication time
• Target sites

You can edit or cancel scheduled content at any time before publication.
